NFCC’s ESL program is designed to help you feel more confident using English in everyday life. We offer a 15-week ESL course three times a year, welcoming learners at all levels. Our curriculum focuses on real-world language skills, so you are better prepared for conversations at work and in the community.

NFCC’s ESL program is designed to help you feel more confident using English in everyday life. We offer a 15-week ESL course three times a year, welcoming learners at all levels. Our curriculum focuses on real-world language skills, so you better prepared for conversations at work and in the community.

Adult ESL Classes at NFCC

We offer 15-week sessions three times a year, starting in January, May and August. Students enrolled in our ESL program attend two morning sessions or two evening sessions per week. Each student begins with their placement level and may advance through each level. Students who meet attendance and participation requirements receive a certificate of completion.

2026 Winter Session Dates: January 12 -April 30, 2026 (15 weeks)
No classes on February 16, 2026 for President’s Day and April 6 – 10, 2026 for Spring Break.

Morning Classes

Mondays & Wednesdays:
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:
10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Evening Classes

Mondays & Wednesdays:
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Tuesdays & Thursdays:
5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

2026 Summer Session Dates: May 11 – August 13, 2026 (14 weeks)
No classes on May 26, 2026 for Memorial Day and July 4, 2026 for Independence Day.

2026 Fall Session Dates: August 24 – December 10, 2026 (14 weeks)
No classes September 21 – 23, 2026 for Fall Break and November 23-27, 2026 for Thanksgiving Break.
